Orders typically take 7-12 business days from the date you place your order. This includes 2-5 business days for us to print and prepare your item, plus 5-7 business days for delivery. Times vary by destination—UK orders arrive faster than international shipments.

Since each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we focus on quality refunds for damaged or misprinted items. However, we’re happy to help! We’re sorry! Printful has rigorous quality control, but if something arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll either reprint or refund your order.
