Two Stages: Printing + Shipping
Stage 1: Printing & Preparation (2-5 business days) We don’t keep inventory—every hoodie is printed when you order it. Our process includes:
- Design verification and quality checks
- Printing your design onto the hoodie
- Quality inspection (Our printers’ rigorous 3-step process)
- Packaging for delivery
Stage 2: Shipping (5-7 business days, varies by location) Once your item is ready, it ships via our trusted carriers to your address.

Tracking Your Order
Track Your Shipment Step-by-Step
1. After You Order You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. This arrives immediately after payment.
2. Order Processing Email Within 24 hours, you’ll get an email confirming your order is in production. This includes your order number and estimated ship date.
3. Shipped Notification Once your hoodie is ready to ship (typically 2-5 business days after ordering), you’ll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Shipping carrier info
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
4. Real-Time Tracking Click the tracking link in your email to see:
- Current location of your package
- Delivery progress
- Estimated arrival date
- Carrier updates
5. Delivery Your package arrives at your door! Keep the tracking info handy in case you need to contact us about delivery.
Lost or Late Package? If your order doesn’t arrive within 2 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@totemproud.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Import Taxes When ordering internationally, please be aware:

- You’ll typically pay upon delivery if applicable
Countries We Ship To We ship to 150+ destinations worldwide. However, our printers have restrictions on a small number of countries due to legal or carrier limitations.

Use Address Verification Many postal services offer address checkers—use them! A verified address means faster delivery.
What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
BEFORE Shipping: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at hello@totemproud.com with your order number and the correct address. We may be able to update it.
AFTER Shipping: Once shipped, the address is locked in. If it’s wrong:
- Contact us immediately with proof of the error
- The carrier will attempt delivery
- If undeliverable, the package returns to our printers
- We can reship to the correct address (additional shipping costs may apply)
Package Rejected at Delivery: If you’re not home or refuse the package:
- The carrier will attempt redelivery
- Eventually, it returns to our facility
- Additional shipping fees apply to reship
- Contact us to arrange reshipment
Undeliverable Address Issues: If the postal system can’t deliver because the address is incomplete or incorrect:
- The package returns to our printers
- You’ll be charged for reshipping
- Tip: Always double-check your address!

Multiple Products in One Order When you order multiple hoodies (great for diaspora celebrations!), they may ship together or separately depending on:
